I had no clue Playing Mantis was making these! I was at Meijer just checking out the toy section and "BAM!", they they were! It was as if they just hung them on the pegs.
Legends of Star Trek ships!
These babies are bigger than the old Micro Machine line (about 4 1/2" long) and are much sharper in detail. I've only opened the classic Enterprise so far but it has painted raised running lights on the saucer section, red on one side and green on the other. Even all the windows are painted in place. The ships are made out of plastic but the stands are die cast metal & chromed!
I can't believe I nabbed all six at once! The package claims series 2 will coming out soon.

Well I pretty much cleaned out the Meijer I was at. I think I left a current "Enterprise" and a couple of shuttles. Let me know if you want me to nab some for ya. I'm going out of town tomorrow so it won't be until Tuesday at the earliest.

Peeks, was that for a 3 pack or the box that had 16 ships? I have the three box sets that came out and covered the whole series.
must have been the 16...wasn't a 3-pk, I know that...
although I thought it was 15...
it's been a while, though.
and it did go to a good friend of mine, so it's not that bad.
